Fly… wouldn’t I be the coolest mom? :) This sounds like I am a Five year old, but I think it would be fun to just go for a fly, like going for a run.
Wear a cape (maybe not). No on the spandex too…

I wish I had a beautiful voice and could sing aloud, not just alone in my car, and have people moved and inspired like the music you guys have at Crosspoint. Thank you btw, you guys were the catalyst in starting a change in my life a couple months ago. I will be back in a couple weeks (I live in PA and my daughter goes to Belmont). Maybe I should wish I live in Nashville! :)

on a sports theme, I always wished I could spike a volleyball down like a middle attacker. I was a setter, so I was the one setting them up, but I would have loved to be the one spiking it!

    • Pete Wilson March 9, 2011 at 8:18 am #

I got a feeling you have a better chance of spiking a volleyball than I do dunking a basketball.

Um yeah, I grew up playing basketball my entire life. My dream was to be a professional. My idol was Spud Webb, mostly because he was shorter than me and could dunk. I always dreamed of dunking.

I just don’t have the hops!

  9. denise vick March 9, 2011 at 8:29 am #

Dunking a basketball is on my “list” for heaven. Along with directing the ny philharmonic.

    I wish I could:

Be on “Survivor” – will never happen

Write a book on mentoring/discipling – very unlikely

** Be healthy enough to enjoy and invest in my grandchildren (when I have some) – I fear this will not be true, but I pray for a miracle!

  36. Deanna March 9, 2011 at 4:14 pm #

sing with Travis Cottrell…not necessarily in front of bazillions of people I’d be ok with just backstage before he sings to bazillions of people…or Chris Tomlin….either

    or

sing the star spangled banner ……not necessarily at the superbowl, I’d be ok with a high school basketball game

probably have a better chance at the latter although my son would probably freak out a little bit LOL

    • justin March 16, 2011 at 2:13 pm #

  39. Kayber March 10, 2011 at 3:49 am #

I’m reading so many of these comments and thinking “you could absolutely do that if you REALLY want to”! It’s so often in our own heads that WE decide something isn’t possible.

After coming in last in my 6th grade mile run (not last in my class – last in the entire 6th grade) I decided running was not possible for me and I vowed never to run again and didn’t for many many many years. But I really wanted to. I wanted to run a marathon as that seemeed impossible for me. Through sheer determination and training (no skill at all) I ran my first marathon last year.

If you really want to do something just decide to do it!
