So bizarre-o world we live in…in SA, the movie just released (a few days later then in the States) and to my surprise, the theater was filled with men. Like “manly” men. Men that appeared to be into women. Men that weren’t dragged there with their daughters, wives or girlfriends; they were just there to watch the movie. Me? I was there with my friend and her 13 year old daughter…I’m not ashamed.

What’s interesting to me is that Edward is like around 100 years old and the girl he is after is like 17.

Not a ywilight fan, but I am always amazed by how many news reports talk about all of the teens that love the books and movies. I can’t tell you how many of my grown girlfriends are excited about the movies and will be in line just like the teen girls to see it. Got to say though its not on my girls list (and they are both 20 somethings). Maybe if Shamar Moore or Will Smith were in it they would go. LOL
