What if your grocery money could help get hungry children fed in third world slums, build churches and change lives for an eternity? It turns out it can if you shop at Kroger or a Kroger owned store.
My friends Jeff & Vicki Rogers live in the inner city of Louisville, Ky and are missionaries with G.O. Ministries serving the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Colombia and Mongolia. Cross Point has supported Jeff and Vicki for years but as you can imagine raising additional support in this economy is challenging.
This is why I’m so excited about this opportunity. It costs you NOTHING to use their Kroger Gift Card and if you do 4% of everything you spend will help fund their ministry. It’s easy! Find out how HERE.
Also, if you’re a pastor or missions leader in your church looking for ways to further involve your community in global ministry, Jeff is leading an Exploratory Trip with G.O. to the Dominican Republic form Jan 11th to the 15th. I know he’d be glad to have you along. For more info feel free to contact Jeff at jeff.rogers@go-ministries.org

Great idea. I wish I was a stay at home mom that shopped at kroger and had one of those awesome key chains with a mini kroger card on there….but I am a 23 yr old helpless single and do not live within 200 miles of a kroger.
But if I did, I would be there.
Great idea though and I will tell others who have kroger cards to help.

This is a no brainer. Why not get a card and allow 4% of what you spend at Kroger go to support a great ministry and two of the most sold out for Christ people I know. I have a card, you should have one too.

This is a great idea Pete. Also I would like to encourage people to support a missionary. Speaking from experience one-time gifts are great but if there is any way you can support a missionary full-time then do so.
20 dollars a month means a lot to missionaries and will make a lasting impact on eternity.

Just went to support the Rodgers Family…what a great idea that is and that kroger is doing to support them….
@Chris, thanks so much!
Thanks everybody!! We’ve had several people sign up already. We really appreciate it.
Thanks Pete!

No Kroger where we live now. Loved the one near us when we lived in TX. Great opportunity, though!

That is really cool, but it would be nice if he could get into other super markets. There is a program called “scrip” where you can sell gift cards to a lot more stores at a profit. This makes it more accessible even though some stores won’t give 4%. I think Wal*Mart gift cards are more like 1%, but still it lets people buy cards for places they actually shop and raise money for charity at the same time.

Wow, I already have a similar card for my kids schools booster club…whatever, I would much rather do this for the Rogers mission than buy more flippin’ football helmets
