Gone Fishing
I’m in Montana for a few days fly fishing the Bighorn River. I can’t imagine a more incredible place to fish, relax and dream about the future.
The only thing I regret is I won’t be in town to here THIS GUY at Cross Point Nashville on Sunday. If you’re in or around Nashville you won’t want to miss him. Hands down he’s one of the most gifted and down right funniest people I’ve ever been around!
I’ve been told I won’t have internet or cell service while I’m in Big Sky country so I’ll see you sometime on Monday or Tuesday.
Have a great weekend!
Pete

Would love to be at your church this week. I think we’ll be there soon. Are Harley riders welcome?

Praying you’ll have a wonderfully refreshing time of “sabbath” in this beautiful setting. And that you’ll be STUNNED by the glory of God!

Man, Pastor Pete……you are visiting some of the most beautiful representations of pure God lately. Wow! I gotta get outta New England one of the years.
I just read at SCL that Jon was going to your church…..how awesome is that? I hear he’s gonna do some breakdancing. I suggested a moonwalk exit.
Def. gonna be checking out that service (hoping it will be available online?)
Happy to hear you are soaking it ALL in….I gotta feeling God has something to share with you while you two are “chillaxing”.

Welcome to The Last Best Place! But fly fishing isn’t fishing unless you do it in some high mountain, blue ribbon streams. Will you be visiting Western Montana as well?

Was delighted to see you’re in “our” part of the country (tho about 400 miles NE of us). But that picture, Pete – take out the river, and you could be almost anywhere in the places my family and I love to explore here in southwest Wyoming, especially near Firehole Canyon or down around the Colorado line. No fishing out there, unfortunately (hey, usually no water at all), but the locals say Flaming Gorge Reservoir (a bit to the west) is excellent. Hope you really enjoyed it.

My favorite movie, “A River Runs Through It,” have you seen it? That reminds me of it! Hope that you had fun.
