Indie Folk/Pop/Rock and Electro. I'm from Memphis, so I'm trying to ween myself off gangster rap, but I LOVE some Yo Gotti too.

Most of it is very, very negative though. So hard to kick. :(

Pete, that was awesome! I like all kinds of music. But I have to laugh when I think about this type of performance taking place at my church - people would have heart attacks! Here's what I liked about that rap, though: I could understand what he was saying. AND, with the mellow chorus running underneath it, the words he spoke really stood out. Loved it.

You guys are getting more creative all the time. Most churches would be content to just take that awesome Coldplay song and merely reproduce it word-for-word and note-for-note. While there is nothing wrong with that, I love seeing churches who use their God-given creativity to take a song and make it their own, add their own arrangements and style. Big time props to your team.

This was seriously ridiculous! That whole Coldplay album is by far my favorite album of all time! (yes... it even ranks above NKOTB... ;)

I've always wondered what it would be like to have that song played in a worship service. Thanks for doing this! The rap lyrics were tight as well. I always love it when two different styles of music intersect and work well together. (Coldplay's performance of this at the Grammy's was amazing with Jay-Z too)!

Really great work... I wish my church had a band that could pull this off as flawlessly as those guys did.

Loved it! Rap is an art that if done poorly is quite scary.

Agree with Bill on the music. I like most of it as long as its done well.

I wish they would have let you rap too, Pete. I would then use that footage to launch my newest blog, "Stuff White People Should Never Do".

Tony York - Robert Plant & Allison Krauss: good stuff!

fa-shizzle Pete-daddy!

I like just about anything on the radio and go through phases of listening to it all. About the only song that drives me nuts is "You Light Up My Life". Other than that, crank it up.

I agree with Michael - U2 Baby

Peace Out - H
