If you visit this blog for the next few days, things may look…as the mom bloggers say in the South…
Wonky.
There are some behind-the-scenes ninjas working on a few things and it has to be stripped down a little bit. Everything still works though, so keep the conversation going.

Wow, old school wordpress bluescreen. Wonky! Is that a real word?

@Nigel, I really do need to add that back in. I’ll get working on that.
Hope you get it worked out.
I like it. It has a certain simplicity to it.
I don’t think wonky is a word, is it? “W” would have called it wonkification.

So I grew up in the Deep South & never heard the word wonky once. I think the word is a little more redneck. Which is just as charming. Maybe more so. Just sayin’…

Is there an official definition for the word “wonky”? I feel like I can explain it but I don’t know that I can define it.
A adjective
1 rickety, shaky, wobbly, wonky
inclined to shake as from weakness or defect; “a rickety table”; “a wobbly chair with shaky legs”; “the ladder felt a little wobbly”; “the bridge still stands though one of the arches is wonky”
2 askew, awry(p), cockeyed, lopsided, wonky, skew-whiff
turned or twisted toward one side; “a…youth with a gorgeous red necktie all awry”- G.K.Chesterton; “his wig was, as the British say, skew-whiff”
