They're an Aussie chocolate cookie. You bite two of the corners off (kitty-corner to each other) of the cookie, dip it into your tea a bit and sip your tea through it. Then you quickly eat the cookie before it melts and it's all melting chocolate in your mouth...seriously amazing. AND she has spent lots of money coming to visit me - she's coming in november and that will be her 6th or 7th time to visit in two years. plane tickets aren't cheap, but i'm glad she thinks i'm worth it. :) my best friend and i actually had a conversation about the rarity of true friendship and how grateful we both are that we have it.

We must continue praying about this Global Food Crisis...and raise all the funds we can to help alleviate the problem!
