I've found that when I am in the moment when struggles are happening my emotions take over and I forget that God has a bigger plan. I was fed up and ready to just say "Take this job and shove it!" But eventually my thoughts were drawn to a family member who only has a few months left on this earth. It reminded me of something you talk about a lot Pete. That our days here are numbered. If my days are numbered, I don't want to spend one with such a horrible attitude. But, it's not always easy to maintain this kind of perspective. Oftentimes, like Shane above, I find myself just repeating "It could be worse. It could be worse." Not exactly inspirational, but true nonetheless. I had a day like this a couple weeks ago that I wrote about.
