What’s Your flavor?
I can’t tell you how good it is to be back home. God did some amazing things through our team and I couldn’t be more proud of each one them. I will be buried the next couple of days in e-mails, phone calls and make-up meetings but it was totally worth it.
I took this picture on one of our last days. It’s the Dominican ice cream man…
I saw my co-worker asked this same question yesterday but let’s give it a try…What’s your favorite kind of ice cream?
Mine is chocolate chip. If I’m feeling crazy, maybe mint chocolate chip. I know, I know, I’m boring.

Howdy Pete. At the moment mine is Mint N’ Chip from a place out here called Thrifty. AMAZING. Actually the store is now called Rite Aid but they still sell the ice cream. I’ve loved it since I was 6-7 but just recently fell head over heels for it. Probably has something to do with the heat out here. Otherwise the runners-up would be Dreyer’s Rocky Road or Cookies N’ Cream or Oatmeal Cookie Chunk from B&J. Yummy!

Since I am by nature a ‘smart alec’, I will have to answer this one a little differently. You asked what “kind” of ice cream was preferred (not what flavor) so I will have to say the kind that you can make into a banana split. Or home made….something about a person making their own ice cream that puts it over the edge – unless, like my wife, you forget to add the sugar. Amazingly, that is a necessary ingredient to ice cream.
